SUMMARYJLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Project Manager to provide reliable, timely, and professional support, and lead the day to day project management activities. The position entails working with a group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload. Projects include interior fit outs, renovations, AV improvements and FM/Engineering repairs/upgrades.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSSupport project executives on multiple projects and assignmentsOn site presence 4-5 days per weekDevelop scope, schedule and budget for assigned projectsIdentify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding project, project logistical issues, budget and scopeCreate, coordinate and track all Vendor Request For Proposals (“RFPs”)Interact and negotiate with contractors and vendorsPrepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financialsActively track project schedule against critical path to identify riskCoordinate the activities of vendors and contractors based on scope and schedule, inclusive of critical support spacesDemonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all Project Development Services technology as required for assigned projects.Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.QUALIFICATIONSAbility to prepare and track budgets, schedules and project riskUnderstanding of technical requirements for a business relocation, construction andrenovation projectsFamiliarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts a plusAble to adapt, prioritize and meet deadlines, in a fast-paced team or independent environmentOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client’s representatives, and team membersAbility to be adaptable and agile to client changes and requests.Travel estimated at approximately 10 - 20%Must have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience.Experience in construction management or real estate preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Google/Project Management ApplicationsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
