Senior Regional Maintenance Manager, Supply Chain - North

Maintenance And Automation Reliability ManagerResponsible for leading maintenance and automation reliability performance across assigned distribution centers within the Northern Region. Provides direct leadership to site maintenance management teams and maintains full accountability for safety, asset reliability, operational performance, financial results, staffing, and leadership development. Partners closely with Supply Chain Operations to align maintenance execution with business priorities, maximize asset availability and throughput, and optimize total cost of ownership. Establishes operational objectives, manages budgets and resources, drives consistent execution of maintenance programs, and ensures adherence to company policies and performance standards.
