Director OF Compliance

Providing strategic regulatory oversight for promotional materials, the remote Director of Advertising Compliance will manage compliance with FDA regulations and company policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support U.S. commercial operations. Key responsibilities Review and provide regulatory guidance for promotional and non-promotional communications Support cross-functional teams in ensuring compliance of promotional materials with regulatory requirements Engage with regulatory agencies and mentor junior regulatory professionals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; degree in a scientific or related discipline preferred Minimum of seven years of Regulatory Affairs experience with expertise in pharmaceutical Advertising & Promotion Demonstrated knowledge of FDA regulations governing prescription drug advertising and promotion Experience in reviewing promotional materials within a regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment Proven ability to work successfully within complex, cross-functional, and matrixed organizations
