In this role, you will be the central hub of daily operations—welcoming prospective students and visitors, managing multi-channel inquiries, maintaining smooth front-desk logistics, and supporting our academic operations leaders. Position Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30PM. Onsite at our Orlando campus (ZIP 32803)

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Reception Triage

• Welcoming all campus visitors, managing check-in procedures, and maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting lobby space.

• Executing daily opening and locking procedures for the One-Stop center.

• Coordinating campus shuttles and alerting internal teams when guests arrive.

• Utilizing de-escalation skills to warmly assist and resolve concerns for visitors or students needing extra support.

Multi-Channel Communication & Inquiry Management

• Managing and routing incoming communication across calls, emails, web chats, and texts.

• Tracking inquiry data and updating databases/systems to log communication touchpoints.

Operations & Administrative Support

• Collaboration regarding daily campus tour schedules to keep office teams informed.

• Assisting with scheduling virtual, hybrid, and in-person meetings and appointments.

• Monitoring office supply inventory, placing orders, and distributing incoming/outgoing mail.

• Tracking vendor and consultant records, invoices, and contracts.

• Assisting leadership with department reports, spreadsheets, workflow improvements, and special projects.
