Remote HR Team Lead IT Recruitment & People Growth

We are looking for HR Team Lead to support recruitment and HR activities together with colleagues. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment from gathering job requirements to job offer Coordinate HR team performance Maintain ATS and recruitment data consistency and purity Conduct HR interviews (mainly with English-speaking candidates) Ensure that internal HR procedures are being followed Participate in 1-1 meetings and offboarding procedures Implement ideas to improve the recruiting process Requirements: 4+ years of experience in HR field 2+ years in IT Recruitment Experience in full-cycle recruitment process Experience in leading and mentoring Understanding employee life-cycle in a company At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English Responsibility, attentiveness to details, flexibility, communication skills Ability to share knowledge and make reasonable decisions We Offer: Market salary based on professional experience Friendly team of professionals 20 working days of paid vacation 15 working days of paid sick leave Remote work and opportunity to work from Kyiv office #J-18808-Ljbffr
