Hybrid Community Engagement & Enrollment Specialist

WellBe Senior Medical

WellBe Senior Medical is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to drive enrollment by engaging Medicare patients through in-person visits, tele outreach and community events. You will build trust with patients and caregivers, schedule enrollment visits, and work in home, physician offices, hospitals, and care settings.
