Nursing Home Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Nursing Home Manager - someone who combines a strong clinical background with the leadership ability and business acumen to run a home they can be truly proud of. If you are an NMC-registered nurse with a track record of achieving strong CQC ratings and a passion for making a real difference to the lives of residents, this could be exactly the role you've been looking for. What We’re Looking For Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin. Proven experience in managing a nursing or residential home, with a track record of achieving outstanding quality ratings. Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulations, with the ability to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Business acumen and marketing skills within the private care sector.
