At Watermark, our people come first!In this role you will:Support analytical workflow enablement, sustainment, and scaling of data products across the Mission Assurance enterpriseLead application of advanced analytical techniques, including artificial intelligence and machine learning methods, to extract insights from Mission Assurance dataUtilize enterprise data platform capabilities to support analytics, automation, and decision-makingSupport configuration and use of government-directed data platform capabilities to enable data analysis, monitoring, reporting, and automationDevelop dashboards, monitoring views, and analytical models supporting senior leader decision-makingAdditional duties as assignedExperience requirements:Over 10 years in any career field, discipline, or industryDeep hands-on experience developing applications in Palantir Foundry preferredBackground in data science, machine learning, or computational modeling preferredExperience translating complex analytical outputs into decision-support products for senior DoD leaders preferredEducation requirements:Master's Degree (M.A. or M.S.) in any fieldCertification requirements:Palantir Foundry Application Developer Certification (required)Security clearance requirements:Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performanceAbility to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with CaveatsU.S. Citizenship requiredOther requirements:Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hoursCONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior)OCONUS travel may be required (e.g., EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior, with Theater Business Clearances)Local travel within the National Capital Region may be requiredTrip and After-Action Reports are required following each tripPosition is contingent on contract award.
