Screen Fabricator

10 Hour Days - 6:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday At Serigraph, precision matters, and it starts with you. As a Screen Fabricator, you play a key role in our production process by creating high-quality screens that keep our presses running efficiently and our products performing at their best. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be the right fit for you. What You’ll Do Prepare and fabricate screens to meet detailed job specifications Support production by troubleshooting screen-related issues and reducing downtime Read and interpret job tickets to ensure accuracy and quality Reclaim screens and handle materials according to environmental standards Respond to press calls and work closely with production teams Monitor schedules to prioritize screen preparation Track quality and production output data Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures Rotate responsibilities to build skills and support the team What You Bring Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and interpret job specifications Strong attention to detail Understanding of safety practices and procedures Preferred Qualifications Experience in screen printing or fabrication Familiarity with ERP systems Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset What Sets You Up for Success Take ownership of your work and stay accountable Speak up, ask questions, and look for solutions Work collaboratively with others Stay focused on quality and continuous improvement Who is Serigraph?
