What You'll Do

As a Press Operator I , you'll be part of the team that produces high-quality flexible packaging for some of today's most recognized brands.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assist in setting up and operating state-of-the-art flexographic printing presses.
• Load materials and prepare equipment for production.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Inspect printed materials for accuracy and consistency.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting.
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Work with an experienced production team to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

If you have printing or manufacturing experience, we'd love to meet you!

Qualifications

• Previous printing or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Flexographic printing experience is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail.

No experience? We'll train you!

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No previous manufacturing experience required.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment screening.
