Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Jersey physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care environments preferred. Experience providing evaluations, restorative programs, and discharge planning in post-acute settings preferred. Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with electronic medical records preferred. Assignment Details Shift hours: 08:30–16:30. Impacting Patient Care Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting restorative and discharge goals. It is within approximately 20–30 miles of the Jersey Shore beaches such as Seaside Heights and Point Pleasant, and about a 45–60 minute drive to the Pine Barrens for hiking and outdoor activities.
