Production Workers – Earn $23.33–$24.03/Hour + Overtime!

Kelly is hiring Production Workers for Direct Hire opportunities with a well-established union manufacturer backed by more than 175 years of industry experience .

What’s offered:

• Starting pay: $23.33/hour
• Increase to $24.03/hour on July 1
• Shift differentials:
  • 2nd shift: +$0.60/hour
  • 3rd shift: +$0.65/hour
• Average 50–60 hours per week
• Union environment

What you’ll do:

• Operate production and packaging equipment
• Fill, palletize, and move products
• Supply production lines with materials
• Complete production paperwork
• Make basic equipment adjustments and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain a safe and clean work area

What you need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work all three shifts as needed
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime
• Manufacturing experience or mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
• Steel-toed footwear
