Job Overview Production Associate – day shift, 12.5 hour rotation (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM). Supports vaccine manufacturing processes, ensuring aseptic conditions, GMP compliance, equipment operation, troubleshooting, documentation, and safety. Location Position is open to US and Puerto Rico residents only. Responsibilities Collaborate with operations and support personnel to perform manual and automated vaccine manufacturing processing. Execute all documentation and clerical functions for product accountability and trace‑ability. Maintain, inventory, and transport processing equipment, materials, supplies, and products. Operate computer‑controlled equipment (washer, autoclave, vial filler, lyophilizer, capping/inspect machines, etc.). Assist with equipment troubleshooting. Maintain housekeeping and perform facility sanitization and decontamination per approved procedures. Complete in‑process testing and inspections supporting manufacturing, validation, and development. Identify and address compliance, environmental, safety, and process deviations, escalating as appropriate. Clean and prepare equipment for vaccine manufacturing. Schedule and perform environmental monitoring and record results in the computerized database system. Deliver samples and other materials to laboratories, coordinating with Quality and Logistics. Participate actively in safety & housekeeping, walkthroughs, 5S, kaizen, lean six‑sigma, quality, safety, or environmental training initiatives. Serve on safety, quality, or other committees as required. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Willingness to work 12‑hour day shift (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) on a rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule, including weekends and holidays. Successful completion of an aseptic gowning qualification. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Basic computer literacy (Internet browsers, e‑mail, word processing). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Life Science or Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience. BioWorks Certificate or equivalent FDA‑regulated industry experience. Experience with System Applications and Products in a manufacturing setting. Experience using Electronic Batch Records. Experience performing Environmental Monitoring and Sampling. Salary $57,900 – $91,200 annually.
