Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Representative positions in King of Prussia, PA. Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service through email and phone communication while meeting service level expectations
• Manage order lifecycle including order entry, tracking, and invoicing using order management systems
• Collaborate with Sales, supply chain, finance, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery
• Coordinate logistics, shipping, and tracking while proactively resolving and escalating customer service issues

Requirements:
• High school diploma with 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented problem solver with ability to manage high-volume workload and multitask
