As a Manager, you will motivate and inspire your team, oversee quality deliverables while fostering meaningful client relationships and navigating complex challenges. This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of AI solutions, collaborate with diverse teams, and enhance your leadership skills in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities- Oversee the thorough delivery of AI and machine learning projects- Inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence in their work- Cultivate substantial relationships with clients to understand their needs- Navigate and resolve complex challenges in project execution- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation- Confirm quality outputs that meet client expectations- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance service delivery- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the teamWhat You Must Have- Bachelor's Degree- At least 6 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Demonstrating leadership in AI/ML service delivery- Managing end-to-end AI/ML service operations- Leading client discussions on AI pipeline operationalization- Implementing monitoring for AI models in production- Guiding junior team members in AI systems- Collaborating with architects and engineers for compliance- Driving development of reusable AI components- Leading Data & Analytics project delivery- Demonstrating experience with ITIL processesTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
