Role Overview As a Medical Support Assistant, you play a vital role in ensuring quality and compassionate patient care. You will work under the direct supervision of providers and nursing leadership, performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks to support patient care. Your contributions are essential to creating a seamless and positive patient experience. What You Will Do Greet and escort patients to the exam room, ensuring a welcoming environment. Obtain and record accurate medical histories from patients. Measure and record vital signs, contributing to patient assessments. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and readiness. Assist providers during examinations and procedures, facilitating efficient care delivery. Qualifications Required Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Current BLS-C certification upon hire or successful completion by the end of orientation. Preferred Qualifications At least one (1) year of related experience.
