Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a range of physical conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiorespiratory impairments

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals

• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities

• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, pain management, and self-care strategies

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and achieve optimal outcomes

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist (PT) degree from an accredited program

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
