We are hiring 12 Restaurant Operations Managers to join our growing Full Service/QSR team in St. Louis City.

We are looking for energetic, accountable restaurant leaders who can deliver outstanding guest experiences while building strong teams and achieving operational and financial goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restaurant manager who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution of company standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members.
• Lead and motivate employees to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and productivity.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and guest service.
• Monitor restaurant sales, food costs, labor, and other key performance indicators.
• Address customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
• Develop and retain high-performing employees and future leaders.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Partner with district and senior leadership to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred.
• QSR or fast-casual restaurant experience is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop employees.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and manage restaurant financial and operational metrics.
• Food safety certification preferred or ability to obtain one.
• Must be dependable, professional, and customer-focused.
