Laborer Position at Ecowaste Solutions

We're looking for someone who likes to stay busy, isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, and takes pride in doing physical work the right way.

As a Laborer at Ecowaste Solutions, you'll be the person who keeps our trucks, carts, and containers clean and road-ready. You'll handle light maintenance and minor repairs on containers, keep the site looking sharp, and jump in wherever the team needs you. No two days look exactly the same, and that's the way you like it.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Wash and clean trucks, carts, and containers to company standards
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on containers
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the site and surrounding areas
• Assist with landscaping and general grounds upkeep
• Report any equipment damage or maintenance needs to the management team
• Carry out other duties as needed or instructed

Shift/Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Home Daily
• Additional hours may be needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Team player who can work independently with minimal supervision
