Job Summary

We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Support Admin for a temp-to-hire opportunity in northern Orange County, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced and detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys supporting sales, marketing, customer communication, reporting, and day-to-day office operations.

The Sales Support Admin will work closely with sales representatives, marketing contacts, management, customers, and principal partners to keep information accurate, communication timely, and business activities moving smoothly. This is a strong opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment with supportive leadership, steady workflow, and the ability to contribute across multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the sales team by generating monthly principal reports, managing sample requests, following up with customers, and providing tracking information.
- Maintain accurate customer records and reporting data.
- Respond to customer requests for pricing, literature, specifications, product information, and related materials by coordinating with internal resources.
- Coordinate marketing support activities, including social media posts, email campaigns, website updates, etc.
- Assist with tradeshow and event planning, including registration, booth materials, samples, literature, schedules, and communication with principal partners.
- Provide administrative support for travel coordination, expense reporting, monthly meetings, management requests, and general office operations.

Compensation

- Pay rate: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
