Senior Scientist, Large Molecule Bioanalytical - Data Science

IQVIA Laboratories seeks a Senior Scientist to organize, curate, and evaluate large molecule LC/MS data from early-stage ADME studies. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, performing quality reviews, and translating complex datasets into insights that support compound profiling and program decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and curate LC/MS datasets from non-regulatory ADME studies supporting exploratory toxicology and in vivo studies
• Perform scientific quality-control reviews to identify outliers, errors, and analytical artifacts in datasets
• Evaluate ADME parameters across compounds and assay formats to support structure-activity relationships
• Prepare summaries, dashboards, and integrated data packages to support compound progression decisions
• Establish standardized data formats, naming conventions, and reproducible workflows for analysis and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in analytical chemistry, pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field
• 3–7+ years of experience with LC/MS data in discovery ADME or DMPK settings
• Strong understanding of LC/MS workflows, quantitative analysis, and discovery ADME assays
• Experience evaluating data quality and identifying analytical or method-related artifacts
• Familiarity with high-resolution mass spectrometry bioanalytical data for large molecules or new modalities
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate complex data insights clearly
• Cross-functional collaboration skills with bioanalytical, DMPK, and informatics teams

Compensation: $64,200–$133,600 base
