Whether prepping surfaces, applying flawless finishes, tackling remodel projects, or keeping work orders moving efficiently, this painter brings skill, pride, and initiative to every job. Trusted to work independently, collaborate with Facilities Engineering, and even take the wheel of a hospital‑owned vehicle when needed, this role is essential to keeping our facilities polished, professional, and ready for whatever comes next.

Please note the following important details regarding this position:

• This is an onsite position, requiring daily attendance at the designated location.

• Candidates must reside within commutable distance of the following office location:

• Texas: Lubbock

Required Qualifications:

• Driving may be necessary as part of this role.

• Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.

• Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.

• 1 or more years of apprenticeship in painting or apprenticeship in carpentry or equivalent combination of apprenticeship and experience.

• Skilled Trades Apprentice (Painting or Carpentry)

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
