I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a team of four. Before returning to agency ownership, I served as a State Farm agent in Alaska, worked as a Sales Leader, and later held a corporate role. I ultimately realized my passion was working directly with customers and developing a great team. Outside of work, I'm a foodie who loves traveling, spending time with family, and exploring new places with my two dogs and cat. We enjoy staying involved in the community through local events and activities. Building relationships with our neighbors is an important part of who we are and how we serve our customers. As a Customer Service Representative with Kelsey DeLuca - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
