Eugene's Hot Chicken Food Truck 1, located in Hoover, AL, is looking for a dedicated and energetic Food Truck Manager to join our team. If you have at least 1 year of experience and a drive to deliver exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be DoingAs the Food Truck Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the daily operations of our food truck. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the preparation and serving of our signature hot chicken dishes.
- Managing and motivating a small team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Handling inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring everything is stocked and ready to go.
- Maintaining cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Managing cash handling and daily sales reporting.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any operational challenges that may arise.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to bring the following:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Focus: A commitment to providing outstanding service to every customer.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and resourcefulness to handle challenges on the go.
- Passion for Food: A love for great food and a desire to share our delicious hot chicken with the community.
