This is an essential role in helping our clients maintain comfort, safety, and independence in their homes.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundrySupport clients with mobility, transfers, and medication remindersProvide transportation to appointments, errands, or recreational activities as neededMaintain accurate records of care and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisorFollow care plans and safety guidelines provided by the agency and healthcare professionalsRequirements upon employment:Valid California Driver's LicenseReliable vehicle with valid car insuranceCurrent LiveScan background checkActive CNA and/or HCA registration (Home Care Aide); we can assist in obtaining HCACOVID-19 vaccinationRecent physical exam and negative TB testMinimum 2 years of caregiving experience (New grads encouraged to apply!)Strong communication skills, empathy, and patienceMust be able to work independently and follow instructionsSchedule & Compensation:Flexible shifts (Full-time & Part-time)$18-19 per hourMileage reimbursement for client-related travel
