Director of Marketing and Communications

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing an effective marketing strategy designed to propel company growth. In this role, you will work cross-functionally across departments to deeply understand our unique marketing needs, act as an enthusiastic company brand ambassador to external partners, and drive robust revenue growth through highly successful marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Data & Analytics: Analyze, track, and interpret performance marketing metrics to continuously optimize campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal departments, external clients, and strategic vendors to align campaign objectives and ensure a unified brand message. Campaign Management: Conceive, build, and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives that target key demographics and expand market share. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, OR 1+ years of direct professional experience in a marketing role. Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership capabilities with a proven track record of clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills. Technical Skills: Full fluency in the Microsoft Office suite (specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) to manage data, build reports, and present strategies.
