Join us and let's write our next chapter together.What You Will Be DoingDefine the Data, Automation & AI Strategy:Lead the development and execution of the Global Trade Services Data, Automation & AI vision and roadmap.Identify, define, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.Establish and maintain a pipeline of automation, analytics, and AI use cases aligned with business priorities.Drive Execution & Value Realization:Own and manage the portfolio backlog of Data, Automation & AI capabilities and initiatives.Prioritize investments based on business value, feasibility, risk, and ensuring strategic alignment.Ensure capabilities and initiatives are delivered on time and achieve expected business benefits.Coordinate Cross-Functional Delivery Teams:Foster collaboration across teams to maximize business impact. Partner closely with Business Analysts, Automation & AI Engineers, Data Scientists, IT teams, and business stakeholders.Remove obstacles, manage dependencies, and drive effective decision-making.Communicate vision, progress, risks, and achievements to all levels of the organization.Help Build the Future Data & AI Capability:Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.Contribute to governance models, delivery frameworks, and best practices.Support change management and organizational adoption of new technologies.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Program Management, or a similar leadership role.Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to business value.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Experience working in Agile or product-led delivery environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
