Job Title: Administrative Coordinator IV Profession: Client Child Health (MCH) Specialty: Post Partum (PP) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: Basic Life Support Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program Must-Have: Demonstrated ability to perform electronic fetal monitoring. Demonstrated IV skills and ability to perform lab draws. Demonstrated knowledge of high-risk medication administration. Demonstrated ability to perform Urine Point of Care testing. Demonstrated knowledge of capillary blood glucose testing. Demonstrated knowledge of IStat. Demonstrated ability to perform adult cardiac monitoring. Demonstrated knowledge of newborn monitors including pulse oximetry and cardiac monitoring. Demonstrated ability to perform heel sticks and venipuncture on newborns. Demonstrated knowledge of newborn medication including ability to perform IV administration and maintenance. Demonstrated knowledge of Bili-blankets and lights. Demonstrated knowledge of radiant warmers. Demonstrated knowledge to support teaching related to gynecological care and post-operative bladder training. Demonstrated knowledge to support maternal-newborn teaching. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field. Minimum three years of labor and delivery experience. Minimum three years of postpartum experience. Minimum one year of medical/surgical nursing experience. Description: This position requires a dedicated and skilled registered nurse with experience in maternal child health. Applicants must possess strong clinical skills and the ability to provide high-quality care to postpartum patients. Candidates should be detail-oriented and have a thorough understanding of newborn care and maternal support.
