Pay: $80,000-$95,000 a year, plus incentive plan
Schedule: Full-time; in the field daily

What you'll doDrive census growth and market expansion
Build and manage key referral relationships in hospitals and with case managers
Coach and mentor Patient Care Liaisons on conversion, responsiveness and strategy
Create accountability around referral follow-up and outcomes
Find market gaps and deploy targeted growth strategies
2+ years in healthcare business development, hospital liaison or post-acute sales
Proven success driving referrals and admissions
Coaching or mentoring experience
Strong understanding of skilled nursing, payors and hospitals
