Responsibilities
- Reach out to and follow up with customers
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and set service appointments
- Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
- Log all activity in a CRM
- Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter
Qualifications
- Aggressive, energetic personality
- Able to work Saturdays
- Fluent in Spanish a huge plus
- Ready to hit the ground running
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
