Full job description Job Summary We’re looking for a reliable, organized, tech‑savvy coordinator to support both our daily shop operations and our digital presence. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a calm, friendly work environment, loves dogs, and is comfortable switching between hands‑on shop tasks and online marketing work. Responsibilities Operational oversight: opening/closing, hygiene checks, shift coordination, and customer communication. Digital marketing execution: content creation, social media management, exposure and retention marketing, community engagement, and partnership outreach. Client communication: monitoring missed calls, texts, and booking requests across multiple platforms Requirements Strong knowledge of content creation, copywriting, social media management, and graphic design principles. Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
