ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and we are continuing to grow. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in corporate as a claims adjuster, which gave me a strong understanding of the industry and how to best support our customers.

I earned my degree in political science from University of South Florida and later completed my MBA at Warner University. I’m engaged, have a son and a dog, and enjoy traveling, going to the movies, and spending time with family whenever I can.

We stay involved in the community by partnering with surrounding cities for holiday events and local initiatives. Being part of the community and building relationships is something we value.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nicole West - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
