Enhance your skills using cutting-edge creative technologies.Job DescriptionSenior Designer OverviewThe Senior Designer will lead multidisciplinary design projects across healthcare and life sciences clients, ensuring impactful and visually engaging deliverables.Develop creative solutions for presentations, digital assets, UX/UI designs, print materials, and event collateral with strategic and practical objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex scientific and healthcare information into clear and compelling visual communications.Utilize advanced tools like PowerPoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to deliver polished and professional designs.Maintain brand consistency while adapting creative solutions for diverse audiences and communication channels.Contribute to omnichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring visual consistency across digital, print, and social platforms.Apply strong organizational skills to manage creative files, templates, and production assets efficiently.Stay updated with emerging creative technologies and integrate AI tools to enhance workflow and design quality.Senior Designer Key Responsibilities & DutiesDevelop high-quality creative deliverables, including presentations, digital assets, social media content, and print collateral.Collaborate with account and strategy teams to create effective slide hierarchies and storytelling for presentations.Design responsive digital experiences and UX/UI assets using Figma, ensuring practical implementation readiness.Translate complex scientific and healthcare information into visually clear and engaging communications.Maintain consistency across brand systems while adapting creative solutions for diverse audiences and channels.Organize and manage creative files, templates, and production assets for efficient reuse and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and quality standards in all deliverables.Leverage AI tools to support creative exploration, workflow efficiency, and production accuracy.Senior Designer Job RequirementsBachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience, with 5 years preferred.Proficiency in PowerPoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite for multidisciplinary design projects.Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy skills.Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or biotech design is highly desirable.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable collaborating across disciplines and taking ownership of projects from concept to delivery.Familiarity with AI tools and emerging creative technologies for design workflows.
