General Manager Opportunity Total Earning Potential: $26.00 $32.00+ per hour DOE (Calculated as: $20$22 Base + Incentive + Performance Bonuses & OT) Are you a leader who wants to be rewarded for results? The Financial Breakdown: We don't just offer a "job"; we offer a path to a $55k - $68k+ annual income based on a standard management schedule (40-45 hours/week). Base Pay: $26.00 $32.00 / hour DOE (Calculated as: $20$22 Base + Incentive + Performance Bonuses & OT) Monthly Bonuses: Earn up to an extra $500 per month by hitting performance targets in labor management, food costs, and sales growth.
