Medical Assistant

$20 - $23 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Contract Duration: 12 Weeks with a strong possibility of extension

Pay Rate: $20-23/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Assist physicians and providers during patient examinations and procedures
Coordinate patient flow and ensure exam rooms are prepared and stocked
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other clinical software to support daily operations
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
Experience with patient rooming, medication preparation, and MAR documentation
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and EMR systems
