In your first 5 days, you'll gain essential skills such as advanced lead conversion techniques, expert consultations, and contract proficiency. Our goal is to have you actively showing properties and closing deals faster than ever before.
What we’re looking for in our agents:- A passion for assisting buyers and sellers in navigating the real estate process
- An active real estate license
- Proficiency in drafting purchase and listing agreements
- Strong skills in property evaluations and pricing
- Responsiveness and availability to meet client needs
- Commitment to maintaining up-to-date systems and CRM tools, including Zillow integrations
- Immediate access to Zillow live tour requests – connecting you with motivated buyers and sellers in real-time
- Immediate access to Realtor.com VIP prequalified leads, warm transferred to you
