Job Summary A growing manufacturing team in Valencia, CA is hiring a CNC Machinist for a direct hire opportunity on 2nd shift. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented machining professional with CNC grinding experience who enjoys precision work, hands‑on production, and contributing to high‑quality manufacturing outcomes. The CNC Machinist will train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC grinding machines to produce precision components according to specifications. Perform in‑process and final inspections to ensure parts meet quality and dimensional requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and related manufacturing documentation. Edit, maintain, and verify CNC programs to support accurate and efficient production. Use precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers, to confirm product quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while supporting production goals and continuous improvement. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour. Direct hire opportunity. Train on 1st shift, then transition to 2nd shift. 2nd shift schedule: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Shift differential. Paid lunch. Yearly performance bonus, paid out the last three years. 401(k).
