WE ARE A BUSY AND GROWING STORE; WE DELIVERED 101 VEHICLES IN AUGUST AND 90 IN SEPTEMBER. WE HAVE PLENTY OF LEADS AND OPPORTUNITIES TO GO AROUND TO THE RIGHT CANDIDATES. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A HOME TO COME AND SHOW UP EVERY DAY TO WORK THIS IS THE PLACE!!! WE WILL BE DELIVERING 130-150 CARS IN NO TIME. WE HAVE 200 PLUS PERFECTLY RECONDITIONED USED VEHICLES IN STOCK FROM ALL PRICE POINTS. IF YOU HAVE A WINNER MENTALITY COME TO THE WINNING TEAM!!!! WE TYPICALLY KEEP OUR FLOOR TO A MINIMUM SO WE ARE COUNTING ON 20 PLUS CARS A MONTH. WE HAVE THE BEST BONUS STRUCTURE IN THE REGION AND WANT EVERY SALES REP TO SUCCEED AND FLOURISH.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
