I opened my agency in 2016 after spending my entire career with State Farm. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member in another agency for many years, gaining firsthand experience helping customers and learning what it takes to build a successful, customer-focused business. I attended California State University, Northridge and am the proud parent of one son. Community involvement is a big part of who I am, and I enjoy supporting local youth sports teams, community events, and organizations that make a difference for local families. Our agency offers a 401(k), licensing reimbursement, performance-based bonuses and incentives, travel rewards, and a fun, supportive work environment. We also close at 3:00 PM on Fridays and keep the office stocked with snacks, coffee, and other treats for the team. I believe in rewarding hard work and creating a workplace where people enjoy coming to work each day. Our culture is built on trust, independence, and growth. I don't believe in micromanaging—I hire great people and give them the tools and support they need to succeed. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Walkiria Zarei - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
