Sr DeveloperDeveloper with some good amount of certifications who also have social/training skills to encourage/support the career growth with their involvement as a team of Dev for Salesforce initiatives. Minimum 4-5 certifications and 5+ years of experience. Definitely the person identified should have flexibility and patience to understand these individuals coming from surrounding neighborhood and also social understanding of managing these resources. Resource needs to expend 25-30% time on training/hand holding and 70% or less Dev.• Someone with 4-5 SF certifications and 5+ years of SF experience.• Should have good customization skills including Apex, LWCs.• Develop Salesforce business application solutions using configuration, customization using Apex, Visualforce pages, Flows, Aura and Lightning components.• Proactive and having solution providing mindset.• Stakeholder management skills required.
