This is a high-impact, ground-floor leadership role —perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, build-from-scratch environments.

Why this role is exciting: You won’t just manage projects—you’ll build the entire project controls function supporting major capital investments across mining, processing, and manufacturing.

What you’ll do:

• Lead project controls strategy across a growing capital portfolio
• Own scheduling, cost control, forecasting & EVM reporting
• Develop integrated project schedules (P6/MS Project)
• Drive risk management, performance tracking & executive reporting
• Partner with engineering, construction, procurement & finance
• Build systems, processes—and eventually, your team

✅ What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years in project controls / capital project execution
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Strong expertise in scheduling, cost tracking, forecasting, and EVM
• Experience supporting industrial, energy, mining, or infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools

Nice to have:

• Mining, minerals, manufacturing, or chemical processing experience
• PMP, CCP, or PSP certification
• Experience building project controls functions from the ground up
