Job Overview:
Abacus Staffing is hiring Order Picker Operators (Cherry Picker) for a leading apparel warehouse in Cecil County. This role involves operating equipment to pick and move product throughout the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a cherry picker/order picker to retrieve and pick products
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on system instructions
- Work at elevated heights (you will be lifted in the air on equipment)
- Move product safely throughout the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting with active movement throughout the shift
- Must be comfortable working at heights on equipment
- Fast-paced environment during peak operations
Requirements:
- Prior experience on order picker, cherry picker, or similar equipment preferred
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
