Shipping & Receiving

Our client, an established and growing aviation company, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving professional to join their team. As a Shipping & Receiving specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the logistics and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping & Receiving

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Range: $20 - $24

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Receive customer materials/units (RO) and input data into the ERP system.

• Receive purchased materials (PO) and process them into the ERP system.

• Coordinate with customer service, sales, and production teams to facilitate receiving and shipping of customer units.

• Accurately process shipments through UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

• Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt.

What's Needed?

• Three to five (3-5) years of experience working in a warehouse/shipping and receiving environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems (Quantum a plus).

• Experience with UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipping modules.

• Ability to package and process shipments efficiently.

• Capability to work independently and collaborate with other departments effectively.

• Willingness to work extended shifts to meet customer requirements, as needed.

• Experience using forklift and pallet jack equipment.

• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
