We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Food Service Associate to join the team at StrEat Art Caf. If you have a passion for great food, genuine hospitality, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest who walks through our doors we'd love to meet you!

As a Food Service Associate at StrEat Art Caf, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Accurately operating the cashier register and processing cash and card payments
• Taking and fulfilling customer orders for dine-in or takeaway
• Packaging food orders efficiently and with care
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, and surrounding spaces
• Attending to guest requests promptly and ensuring an enjoyable experience
• Supporting kitchen and floor staff as needed throughout your shift

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally
• Proficient in operating a cashier register and basic inventory systems

Full-time availability required; must be able to work up to 6 days per week, including weekends and holidays
