RN Pediatric Transport

Memorial Health in Savannah, GA seeks an RN Pediatric Transport nurse to provide advanced, compassionate care to critically ill and injured infants and children during interfacility and intra-hospital transports. In this role, you’ll perform rapid pediatric assessments, deliver age-appropriate interventions, manage ventilators and critical infusions, and respond to medical emergencies in ground or air transport settings. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and EMS teams, follow PALS-based protocols, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure safe, family-centered care.
