Management Trainee – Greentech Renewables - Non Exempt - DIV Summary: We are actively seeking driven, growth-oriented, and sales-minded candidates to join our Management Training Program within the Commercial Solar Division at Greentech Renewables. As a leading B2B distributor, we support solar companies through logistics, procurement, and inventory management. Our Commercial Division provides comprehensive solutions for large‑scale solar projects—including financial services, engineering, and design. We act as a contractor’s one‑stop shop for end‑to‑end project support. Management trainees are taught every aspect of the business in order to supervise their own multi‑million‑dollar location upon completion of the training. On‑the‑job training lasts approximately 18–24 months and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, operations management, accounting, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management, and business development. Throughout the program, trainees attend multiple sessions focused on solar products, sales, and management. While the position provides real on‑the‑job training, there is also online training related to solar PV, sales, and management. No prior industry experience is necessary; we give you the tools and training to prepare you to be successful within the company. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, is geographically flexible, and thrives in an energetic multi‑faceted environment. Reports to: Training Manager Minimum Qualifications Relocation required—ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program (up to one or more times). Must be at least 18 years of age. Bachelor’s degree (will consider related experience in lieu of a degree). Current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work‑authorization sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Sales or customer service experience. Working Conditions Conditions vary based on the trainee’s current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office, and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel—both by car and by air. Compensation Compensation range: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 annually. Other Compensation Bonus. Supervisory Responsibilities No Essential Job Functions Learn all aspects of the CED / Greentech Renewables business. On‑the‑job rotational training in various departments including warehouse, accounting, sales, and management. Virtual online trainings as well as in‑person trainings that occasionally require travel.
