Assignment Details Coverage Dates:

Schedule: 24-hour call coverage (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM)End time: All shifts end the following morning at 7:00 AMSetting: Inpatient call coverage onlyNote: Locum providers must be willing to cover multiple sites

Clinical ResponsibilitiesProvide urology consults and inpatient coveragePerform surgical intervention as neededManage general urology cases in a hospital settingRequired procedures include:

• Cystoscopy
• BiopsiesCoordinate patient transfers between campuses as needed during call coverageDocument all care in EMR

Call Coverage24-hour inpatient call coverageCall rotation spans Prescott and Prescott Valley campusesPatient transfers occur between sites as clinically indicated

Practice SettingHospital-based inpatient urology coverageSupport staff includes MA and RNEMR: Cerner

RequirementsBoard Certified or Truly Board Eligible Urology (0-5 years post residency) - RequiredActive Arizona license or IMLC - RequiredBLS - Highly preferredDEA - Highly preferred
