Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and productivity encouragement. Ability to assist with merchandising and marketing programs. Proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs. Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation standards. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). High School diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience in retail management is acceptable. Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
