About the Role: As a Personal Care Aide (PCA), you'll work closely with our clients and their families to provide personalized care and support. This may include: Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with medication management and other health-related needs Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment Collaborating with our multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care delivery Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients in their homes Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families Document care activities and communicate effectively with the care team Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in healthcare or a related field preferred Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic approach to care Valid driver's license (if applicable) Why Join Butterfly Home Care?
