We are currently seeking dependable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) , Personal Care Aides (PCA) , or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. This role provides non-medical support to clients in their homes to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Schedule:

• Daytime shifts available
• Some weekend availability required

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
• Support with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping including laundry and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors
• Follow personalized care plans and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current HHA, PCA, or CNA certification (preferred but not required)
• Previous experience in home care or similar role preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid Certification (a plus, but not required initially)
